Services
We provide Professional Luxury house- call grooming services for dogs under 40 lbs. We are also happy to provide dog sitting services, in the comfort of your home. Our dog walking service can be added onto a grooming service, or dog sitting service.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% the price of service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the full price of the service booked.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% the full price of the service. Fees must be paid in full before appointment can be rebooked.
Late arrival of more than 15 minutes to an appointment may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and a no show fee may be applied at groomers discretion. Due to our one-on-one schedule we can not accommodate for late arrival past this time.
We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note our cancellation policy may still apply.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card must be on file when you book an appointment with us. An invoice will be sent to you after the service is completed, please make sure the payment is received promptly. If the payment has not been received by the day after service we will contact you first, then automatically run the card on file. We are always happy to accept cash payments. If you choose to leave cash, please notify us of the payment choice ahead of time and let us know where it was left if you are not home during time of service. If payment is not received on same day of service and the card on file does not go through a $5 late payment fee will be added every day that the payment is late. Failure to pay for service for over 2 weeks will result in a theft of service report and all future appointments will be cancelled. In the event of a no- show appointment ( meaning I show up to location and there is no way for me to get inside to complete the service) the full price of the service will be automatically run with the card on file.​​
