CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% the price of service. 


 No-show appointments will be charged 100% the full price of the service. The fee must be paid before rebooking and a deposit for your next appointment may be applied.


Late arrival of more than 15 minutes to an appointment will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and a no show fee may be applied. Due to our one-on-one schedule we can not accommodate for late arrival past this time.


We understand that emergencies happen.

Please contact us if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 


 

LATE PICK-UP FEE

Due to our one-on-one scheduling we ask that pets are picked up soon after they are finished with their groom. We try our best to give an estimated time and notice of when your pet will be ready. 

Dogs left at the salon for over 1 hour after their groom is finished will be charged a $25 late pick-up/ daycare fee, unless arrangements have previously been made with the groomer.
