CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% the price of service.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% the full price of the service. Fees are due same day.

Late arrival of 15 minutes more to an appointment will result in the appointment being rescheduled.

Due to our one-on-one scheduling we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.

A no show fee or deposit for your next appointment may be applied.

We understand that emergencies happen.

Please contact us if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

LATE PICK-UP FEE

Due to our one-on-one scheduling we ask that pets are picked up soon after they are finished with their groom. We try our best to give an estimated time and notice of when your pet will be ready.

Dogs left at the salon for over 1 hour after their groom is finished will be charged a $25 late pick-up/ daycare fee, unless arrangements have previously been made with the groomer.
